Springtime sweets are irresistible! Bunny ears, chocolate eggs, and a flurry of coconut always gets me excited about making cute, edible crafts.  But I’m not a baker. At all.  For my Good Morning Texas, I came up with the simplest desserts for Easter and Passover that are no-bake and no-fuss.    Please let me know ow yours turn out.  Happy Easter or Happy Passover!

For these little chocolate nests simply use 2 cups of chow mein noodles into 1 cup melted chocolate chips (milk or semi sweet).  Stir together until combined, then scoop into greased min muffin tins. Place two or three small chocolate eggs in the center and allow to cool and harden

Bunny Bait! The sweetest popcorn mix! 2 cups freshly popped popcorn, 2 cups crushed pretzels, 12 oz melted white chocolate and a handful of Springtime M&Ms.  Stir together and spread out on a baking sheet to cool.  Once hardened, crack into bite sized pieces.

Springtime Coconut Macaroons. Use any macaroon recipe (I love Martha Stewart’s) and separate mixture into several bowls.  Add food coloring in springtime hues and bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
