White Chocolate Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2, 12-ounce packages good white chocolate
  • 4 medium candy canes, pulverized in a food processor
  • double boiler
  • large baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler, stirring occasionally.  
  2. Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet.  
  3. Sprinkle generously with crushed peppermints.  
  4. Allow to cool and harden completely before cutting into large pieces.  
  5. Enjoy!
