Maple Syrup Carrots


Units Scale
  • 2 lbs peeled carrots, sliced on a diagonal, 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Grade A Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, de-stemmed
  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper


  1. Heat oven to 375. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place the carrots and drizzle with maple syrup and olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme. Toss and spread evenly on the tray.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or golden brown at the edges.
